Thirty years after serving together in Vietnam, former naval doctors Doc Larry Shepard again with his old friends, the former nylon Salt Offshore and pastor Richard Miller, buried his son, a young sailor who died in the war in Iraq. In 2003, 30 years after servingtogether during the Vietnam War, a former boxer, a sailor, Richard “Doc” Shepard returned with former Marines Salom and Miller for another mission: to bury the son of Doc, a young sailor who died in a war in Iraq. Doc decided to give up the zahoroneniyaArlingtonskoe cemetery and, with the help of hisold friends, taking in the coffin a bitter journey to the east coast of his home in the suburbs of New Hampshire.
In 2003, 30 years after they served together during the Vietnam War, the first Pomeranian officer, DokShepard Richard (Steve Karel) meets the former MarinesSalom (Brian Cranston) and Miller (Lawrence Fishburn) for another type of mission: to bury Doc’s son, a young sailor who died in the Iraq war. Doc decides to abandon the burial cemetery in Arlington and, helping his old friend, takes the coffin of a bitter journeytoward the east coast to his house on the outskirts of New Hampshire. Along the way, Doc, Sal and Miller recall and merged with the general experience of the war, which continues to shape their lives. Director Richard Linklithier, author Darryl Poikshand, collaborates with the script he hasfollows the trio, while fighting the war, the past and the present.
